Client: Walker Corporation / Collins Square
Location: Collins Square, Melbourne
Completion Date: December 2025
Project Overview
In December 2025, following internal changes within the Collins Square precinct, we were engaged by Walker Corporation to undertake a comprehensive office clearance across two commercial floors. The objective of the project was to remove all specified furniture assets efficiently and leave the floors clear, clean, and fully prepared for their next stage of use.

Scale and Execution
This project involved a focused yet high-volume clearance program, centred on the removal of mobile storage infrastructure across both floors. The scope of works included:
- Approximately 400 Mobile Storage Units
- Coordination across two full office floors
- Efficient staging, removal, and logistics to minimise disruption within the active Collins Square environment
Our team planned and executed the clearance methodically, ensuring all units were safely dismantled (where required), transported, and removed within the agreed timeframe.

Sustainable and Social Impact
Sustainability was a key consideration throughout the project. Our approach prioritised responsible asset handling and waste reduction:
- Asset Recovery: All mobile units were assessed for reuse and material recovery potential.
- Recycling: Metal components were separated and directed to approved local recycling facilities, ensuring responsible processing and diversion from landfill.
- Environmental Responsibility: The project aligned with best-practice waste management principles consistent with Collins Square’s sustainability objectives.
The project was delivered on schedule and to specification, successfully clearing both office floors of approximately 400 mobile units. The space was left neat, empty, and ready for future tenancy or redevelopment, while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency, safety, and environmental responsibility.
